Time lapse Video Fallow Me

Watch artists Mel White and Gilli Browne… A four handed ballet

The ‘CocoNut’s time lapse video will give you a sneak peak of this amazing original.

Raffle - Monday 7 June @ 8pm in Under the Oak

Who will welcome these two gorgeous fallow deers in their new home….

Mel White (Maximillist Art) and Gilli Browne have joined teams to create a collab artist duo called ’CocoNut’.

Maximillist is a pop artist who uses neon to bombard the viewer's senses and Gilli invokes movement and texture through palette knife techniques.

Together, they have created a beautiful painting of two fallow stags for this year's MAF theme ‘Regeneration’. Their painting is going to be up for grabs through a raffle in support of the Mountshannon Arts Festival in June. Tickets will be available through Crowe’s, The Snug and Under The Oak (from 5th June ) in Mountshannon, Whitegate Post Office, Bane and The Grainey in Scarrif, and Derg House Cafe in Killaloe or click here to buy your ticket online.

Ticket 5 euro

The Artists

gilli.jpg

My name is Gilli Browne, I am a self taught artist who picked up a brush in 2016 and a passion awoke. I like to provide the audience with a sense of experience by invoking the natural landscape, or the atmosphere created when people come together. Executed in acrylics, I create movement and texture using palette knives in both landscapes and portraits. Most of all, I like to enjoy the process and have fun.

My name is Mel White, I am a self taught Pop Art Influenced Artist. I have been developing my craft as a professional artist since 2014, showing artistic work in both individual and collective shows around Europe. I take most of my inspiration from my photographs taken on my travels. I use real life photographic situations as inspiration and exaggerate them in an animated form with vivid colours, trying to highlight the controversiality from that region/place.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

We have created this project ‘Fallow Me’ for the Mountshannon Arts Festival in June, to raise awareness for the arts and raise monies for a good cause.”
“Good Luck everyone!
