Sandra Marschall
Hello, my name is Sandra Marschall. I am originally from Germany but living almost 20 years in Ireland.
I always liked to create something with my hands and love nature.
I started my journey with wool in 2019 when I learned how to spin and felt and I absolutely got hooked on doing these crafts. I felt pretty but practical items, such as baskets, vessels, seat cushions and many more. I also give workshops and really enjoy it
Sandra King
I had always loved textiles and was an enthusiastic knitter and crocheter. Then I learned to spin my own yarns, which led to keeping sheep. Most of my products are made from their fleeces. When I do need more, I am careful to source it from farms as locally as possible.
I use lots of botanicals and natural materials for dyeing, which I find in my garden and in the hedgerows nearby. I get inspiration for my yarns and knitted garments from colourful flowers in my garden and textures of the Burren landscape, all of which I can see from my cottage and studio.
