This year's Festival theme is Community. Through our events, performances and workshops Mountshannon Arts Festival 2022 will be erasing the boundaries between artists and audience.... Playback Theatre, workshops (songwriting, writing, Mad Hatter, origami, circus), community installation, 1x1x3 exhibition by John Kelly… and our inaugural community parade, The Mountshannon Maracatu will have you think... Am I the artist? Am I the spectator? Each individual has a part to play, or to discover at the very least, this unusual relationship between artists/audience. Thus creating a sense of Community...
