Film Night: a man called Ove

Change of venue: Film Night will be in the Snug Thursday 3 June

The first of a series of 5 monthly film nights will take place on Thursday 3rd February at 8pm, and will continue on the first Thursday of the month, culminating in a special Short Film night during the festival on June 2nd.

Alain ran these film nights in The Snug for many years, and they were a wonderful addition to the cultural and social life of our community.

We now intend to continue in Anitas instead of The Snug, as it will be somewhat more spacious, but the format will remain the same, with Alains amazing pizza being served during the interval, when you can refill your glasses, and have a chat before we continue with the second half of the film.

The first film we show will be the brilliant 'A Man called Ove' https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4080728/

Tickets are €12 [includes pizza], and booking is essential.

A season ticket for the 5 films costs €50.

For this first film you can book by emailing mountshannonfestival@gmail.com
